Female Support Worker

We are looking for an outstanding Female Bank Support Workers with a passion for delivering excellent care. You will be working 42 hours per week (days,nights,weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens. You'll be working shifts:- 7am - 7pm, 8am - 8pm, 10am - 10pm and waking nights 7pm - 7am. Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently. *Due to the occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept female applicants for this role* At Cygnet, our perks go way beyond pension schemes and excellent professional development. Your Day-to-Day • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support • Learn about individual s specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required • Safeguard • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all You are • Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in peoples lives • An excellent communicator and a good team player • Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment • Helping to empower & support service user independence Why Cygnet?
