Job Title: Female Support Worker Location: Surrey Pay rate: £15.60 - £17.60 PAYE Job Type: Part Time – Tuesday & Thursday 9.15am-16:30pm, Wednesday 9:15am-15:30pm Must: Drive (UK license) Contract: Temp-Perm Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new fulfilling opportunity for an experienced Support Worker in the Surrey area! Company and Role: • Our client is a young adult living in his own home with a brain injury and other complex conditions • Our client requires full personal care, support with decision making and community access (including swimming) • Our client can have instances of impulsive behaviour so successful candidates will be calm, resilient, and committed to delivering positive, person-centred support while promoting safety and wellbeing. • The role will require you to work 2:1, 3 x days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays Successful Applicant: • Previous experience and confident working with adults with complex conditions and managing challenging behaviour – brain injuries, cerebral palsy , epilepsy etc • Confidence in supporting decision making ensuring our clients safety and best interests • Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license – our client has his own car which you will be able to take him out in If you’re an experienced Support Worker looking for a new role, this is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in another person’s life.
