Field Service Engineer - South East

Field Service Engineer £35,000 - £42,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime (Enhanced Rate, Uncapped) + Company Van + Training South East Are you a Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar with mechanical engineering skills and experience working on industrial machinery, looking to join a long-established company offering door-to-door pay, uncapped overtime, a company van, and ongoing technical training? On offer is the opportunity to a long-established, family-owned engineering business supplying and supporting industrial machinery used to process solid wood, wood-based panels, plastics, composites, and metals. You will work from home and travel directly to customer sites across the South East, receiving support from the company's service office and technical team. In this varied role, you will install, commission, service, maintain, and repair industrial machinery at customer sites. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults, carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, complete machinery inspections, and produce accurate service reports. You will also provide technical advice to customers and operators while maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer service. This role would suit a practical and self-motivated Field Service Engineer with experience servicing, maintaining, or installing industrial machinery who is looking for a customer-facing role with door-to-door pay, uncapped overtime, a company van, and manufacturer training.
