Field Service Technician - Horticulture Salary: £30-40k (Dependant on experience) Benefits: Travel expenses, company van can be provided, discretionary bonuses, overtime paid. 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Hours: 7 hours on site daily (Flexible on start & finish times) Location: Covering Central London Summary A well-established landscaping specialist is looking to appoint a Field Service Technician within the commercial office space, the main focus of the role to maintain high-end planting schemes across corporate sites in Central (primarily City and west End) and Greater London. This is a mobile, client-facing role suited to someone who has a passion for plants and the horticulture industry and takes pride in delivering exceptional standards. Full training will be provided and opportunities for progression as the business grows. Responsibilities • Maintain interior (and some exterior) planting schemes to a consistently high standard • Watering, pruning, trimming plants and ensuring they have the optimal light conditions • Manage daily schedules and routes efficiently across central London sites • Build strong, professional relationships with clients on-site • Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards and service expectations Requirements • Able to work independently with a structured, disciplined approach • Confident in client-facing environments • High attention to detail and commitment to quality • Able to travel across Central London on a daily basis • A passion for gardening/horticulture • Strong communication skills and initiative.
