Final Inspection Operatives Pay & Benefits • £13.51 per hour + 12.5% Shift Allowance • Location: Sheffield S9 • Days and Afters - Monday to Thursday 37.5 per week • Shifts - Days 6am to 4pm & Afters 12 noon to 10pm • Contract: Permanent • Immediate starts available Pro-Found Recruitment are currently recruiting 3 Final Inspection Operatives on behalf of our prestigious manufacturing client in Sheffield. These are fantastic opportunities to join a well-established company producing high-quality products within the medical manufacturing sector. This role is working on a rotating 2-shift pattern (Mornings & Afternoons), so applicants must be able to work both shifts. The Role As a Final Inspection Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring products meet strict quality standards before they are released to customers. Duties include: • Carrying out detailed visual inspections of manufactured components. • Performing dimensional and gauge checks. • Identifying and reporting defects. • Following work instructions and quality procedures. • Completing production and inspection paperwork accurately. • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety. • Working as part of a busy production team to achieve quality and production targets. What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates who: • Have previous quality inspection, production or manufacturing experience. • Have excellent attention to detail. • Can maintain concentration during repetitive inspection tasks. • Are comfortable handling components and lifting trays weighing up to 15kg. • Are reliable, flexible and have a positive attitude. • Can work a rotating mornings and afternoons shift pattern.
