What's on offer: • Hybrid and flexible working (2 days work from home) • Generous holiday allowance plus bank holidays • Excellent pension scheme • Private medical insurance • Share scheme • Cycle to Work scheme • Car leasing scheme • Enhanced family-friendly benefits • On-site facilities and free parking • Genuine opportunities for career development within a global organisation Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst will include: • Supporting month-end reporting and financial performance analysis • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities • Producing variance analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities • Delivering meaningful financial insights to support commercial and operational decision-making • Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders across the business • Supporting the continuous improvement of financial reporting and analysis processes • Building strong working relationships with finance and non-finance teams across the organisation We're looking for someone who has: • Part-qualified or newly qualified status (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) • Previous experience within a finance analyst, management accounts or commercial finance role • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate key findings • Experience of budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting or variance analysis • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business • A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities If you're looking to take the next step in your finance career within a commercially focused role where you'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders and play a key part in business performance, we'd love to hear from you.
