Finance Analyst

To support the Planning & Reporting team with administrative, reporting and analytical tasks. To maintain and develop centralised financial information & reporting tools to clinical and non-clinical colleagues. To assist with training staff in the use of the information systems and tools. To support the Planning & Reporting Manager, with data and information requirements, reporting criteria, and other ad hoc tasks using Spreadsheets, MS Power BI, HealthRoster and the General Ledger. Involvement in the financial month-end process by generating standard reports, processing Journals and production of both divisional and Board level information packs and dashboards. Role also entails working within the Finance Departments policies and procedures, to agreed timetables and to deal with ad hoc tasks.
