Finance Analyst - Morgan McKinley

An FMCG business is seeking a sharp, bright and curious Finance Analyst to join their team. The role is responsible for a broad range of activities including financial modelling, month-end reporting, capex and opex analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering. The role is likely to suit a relatively newly qualified (or potentially part-qualified) accountant with a background/curiosity in FMCG / Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing. Intellectual curiosity, a continuous improvement mindset, and a desire to learn a complex business from the ground up are also essential. The successful candidate will also be highly analytical, comfortable with large datasets, and an excellent communicator able to influence stakeholders. Strong Excel and data skills are essential, experience with enterprise ERP systems or advanced planning tools is a plus.
