Job description

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established independent wealth management firm with the recruitment of a Wealth Management Administrator. The company is based in central Leeds and provides bespoke wealth-management and financial-planning services to private clients. It has operated since 2004 and focuses on building long-term client relationships through independent, tailored advice. Permanent position. This role will initially be office-based during the training period, with hybrid working available once the successful candidate is fully trained. SalaryFully negotiable, depending on experience and capabilities + discretionary bonus + private medical insurance + additional benefits Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the Client Service Directors and wider wealth-management team. • Prepare and pre-complete client application forms. • Produce cost and charges disclosure documents. • Obtain provider illustrations and supporting product information. • Prepare factsheets, Key Investor Information Documents and other pre-advice paperwork. • Submit new business applications and investment trades through investment platforms and life companies. • Ensure all applications and trades are completed accurately and within the required deadlines. • Maintain accurate transaction records to support valuation reconciliation. • Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure client files are complete and compliant. • Add and update client information within the iO back-office system. • Complete the relevant iO workflows and maintain accurate diary entries. • Check that anti-money laundering and compliance requirements have been satisfied. • Submit letters of authority to providers and obtain policy information. • Ensure client files contain all required agreements, reports and supporting documentation. • Confirm files are fully compliant before new business is submitted. • Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based client records. • Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, post and franking. Skills & Experience • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar administrative role within financial services. • Previous experience within wealth management, financial planning, pensions or investments. • Experience processing new business through investment platforms and product providers. • Good understanding of financial-services compliance and anti-money laundering requirements. • Experience using a financial-services back-office system; knowledge of iO would be advantageous. • Confident handling client information and maintaining accurate, compliant records. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate level. • Professional, dependable and comfortable working within a client-focused environment.
