Finance Assistant (Temporary – 6 Months) Location: Olton, Solihull Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Contract: Temporary (approx. 6 months) Hours: 35 hours per week Start Date: Ideally 27th July We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established charity in Olton for a Finance Assistant to support their busy Finance team on a 6-month temporary contract. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you'll be responsible for maintaining purchase, sales and rent ledgers, processing invoices and payments, carrying out reconciliations, administering credit card and petty cash processes, and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations. Requirements • Minimum 1 year's experience in a finance/accounts role • Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliations • Experience using computerised accounting systems • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Sage 50 experience This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected charity organisation and contribute to a supportive and collaborative finance team.
