This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business performance, taking ownership of the P&L for a key business area. You will provide meaningful financial insight, influence strategic decision-making, and help shape the future direction of our operations. Client Details Our client is a well-established manufacturing business. Description • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for a designated business area, ensuring robust financial control and informed decision-making. • Deliver data-driven financial insights and recommendations that support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. • Provide expert financial analysis, modelling, and risk assessment to influence strategic planning and key business decisions. • Ensure adherence to financial policies, governance standards, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong control environment. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on financial performance, risks, and opportunities. • Support organisational change, transformation programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of business objectives. • Promote and champion a culture of safety, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organisation. Profile Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Experience in a senior finance role with exposure to strategic business partnering Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at all levels Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Job Offer Full-time role with a four-day working week (Monday to Thursday). 33 days of annual leave, including public holidays.
