Finance Business Partner Location: Norwich Salary: Up to £52,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A well-established, multi-site organisation is looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join its finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with sales and commercial leaders, providing financial insight that supports strategic decision-making, drives performance and influences business growth. This is a highly visible role where you'll combine financial reporting with commercial analysis, helping stakeholders understand key business drivers while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and performance. The Role As a trusted finance partner, you'll work alongside sales and marketing teams to deliver meaningful financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, while developing reporting that enables better commercial decisions across the business. Key Responsibilities • Producing monthly management accounts and commercial performance reporting • Developing and distributing weekly and monthly KPI reporting • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes • Providing insightful analysis of sales performance, pricing and profitability • Partnering with commercial stakeholders to support strategic decision-making • Delivering financial modelling and ad hoc commercial analysis • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and operational performance • Supporting business projects and continuous improvement initiatives About You • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified • Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role • Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical skills • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data • Confident communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders across the business • Proactive, inquisitive and driven to improve processes • Experience with Power BI or business intelligence tools would be advantageous If you're looking for a Finance Business Partner role where you can combine commercial insight with strategic stakeholder engagement, please get in touch with James on or email
