Finance Director - Thailand International Relocation Opportunity | Manufacturing An established international manufacturing organisation is seeking an ambitious Finance Director to lead its finance function in Thailand. This opportunity is ideal for a UK-based finance leader looking to relocate overseas or an experienced expat seeking their next international challenge. Working alongside the local Managing Director while working closely with regional finance leadership, you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance, strengthening financial governance and supporting the continued growth of a major manufacturing operation. Relocation This role is based in Thailand, and the business is actively seeking candidates who are willing to relocate internationally or experienced expatriates looking for their next opportunity. Relocation support / packages are available, subject to the specific candidate circumstances for the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities - Lead the finance function for a large manufacturing operation in Thailand. - Partner senior operational leadership to drive commercial decision-making. - Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and capital expenditure. - Deliver insightful monthly reporting and performance analysis. - Lead statutory reporting, audit, tax compliance and governance. - Drive improvements across cost control, cash flow, working capital and operational performance. - Develop and mentor the local finance team. - Lead finance transformation, process improvement and reporting enhancements. - Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders across the wider business. About You You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven finance leadership experience within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment. - Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience. - Experience leading and developing finance teams. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. - A continuous improvement mindset with experience driving change. - Strong technical accounting, reporting and governance knowledge. - Experience working within an international or multi-site business would be advantageous.
