Finance Director - West Sussex - Permanent - c£90k I am partnering exclusively with a well-established SME group based on the outskirts of Crawley who are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join the team. As their new Finance Director, you will take full responsibility for the finance function whist providing strategic support as a member of the senior leadership team. You will report into the Managing Director and manage a small, experienced team. Finance Director responsibilities: • Financial Leadership - month-end, year-end, budgeting & forecasting • Strategic Support - partner closely with the MD proving analysis & guidance • Business Analysis - KPIs, cash-flow & cost savings • Accounting - oversee day-to-day accounting, management accounts & audit • Systems - responsibility for & continual improvement of ERP system As a fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Finance Director, you will have held a role at a similar level within an SME, providing commercial support to the board whilst being hands-on at an operational level.
