Finance Graduate – Chartered Accountancy Training Location: Liverpool Salary:25k+ Full Study Support Working Pattern: Full-time | Office Based Are you a recent Finance, Accounting or Business graduate looking to begin your career in accountancy? Our client, a well-established and respected accountancy practice, in Liverpool is looking to recruit a motivated Finance Graduate to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while receiving full support towards achieving your Chartered Accountancy qualification. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients, from sole traders and owner-managed businesses through to multi-million-pound organisations across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, consultancy, healthcare, property and construction, automotive, and many more. The Role You'll receive structured training and mentoring while developing practical accounting skills, including: • Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts under FRS 105 and FRS 102 1A. • Bookkeeping using a range of cloud accounting software. • Visiting clients both on-site and virtually to support their accounting requirements. • Working alongside the Audit and Tax teams to gain exposure to direct and indirect taxation. • Learning about VAT and CIS requirements for small and medium-sized businesses. • Supporting senior team members with a variety of client assignments and advisory work. About You We're looking for someone who is: • A recent graduate in Accounting, Finance or a related degree. • Keen to study towards a Chartered Accountancy qualification (ACA or equivalent). • Numerate with excellent analytical skills. • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. • Organised with excellent attention to detail. • Proactive and eager to learn. • Competent using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
