Finance Manager / Revenue Accountant Location: Holborn, London (3 days per week in the office) Contract: Temporary (3-6 months) Salary: £18.00 - £23.00 per hour Start Date: Immediate / Next Week The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager or Revenue Accountant to join their team on an interim basis. This role will play a key part in supporting revenue operations, billing processes, reconciliations, and finance administration during a busy period. The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment. Previous people management experience is essential. Key Responsibilities • Managing client revenue reconciliation processes. • Performing billing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies. • Supporting contract onboarding and finance-related administration. • Reviewing and analysing revenue data to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Producing and maintaining financial reports. • Supporting month-end activities and P&L reporting. • Managing large volumes of financial and operational data. • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to resolve queries. • Leading, coaching, and supporting members of the finance team. • Ensuring high levels of accuracy across billing and revenue processes. • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen controls. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Revenue Accountant, Billing Manager, or similar. • Previous experience managing or supervising team members. • Strong understanding of revenue accounting, billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Good understanding of P&L reporting. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Advanced Excel skills, including: • Pivot Tables • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP • Data analysis and reporting • Experience handling large volumes of financial data. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • A professional, personable, and collaborative approach. • Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) candidates are welcomed. • Qualified by experience candidates will also be considered.
