Group Finance Manager £60,000 - £70,000 + BenefitsGloucestershire A growing, family-owned group business is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead its finance function during an exciting period of growth and development. Managing a team of four, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance operation across a multi-entity business, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and the smooth running of a high-volume transactional finance function. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact. Alongside managing reporting, budgeting and financial controls, you'll be tasked with driving efficiencies, improving processes and procedures, and helping create a more streamlined and scalable finance function. Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop a team of 4 finance staff • Prepare monthly management accounts and group reporting • Oversee high-volume transactional finance activities • Manage month-end processes, reconciliations and financial controls • Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management • Drive process improvements and increased automation within finance • Partner with operational stakeholders across the business • Support year-end and audit requirements About You • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified • Proven Finance Manager / Group Finance Manager experience • Strong management accounting and reporting background • Experience managing transactional finance teams • Commercial, hands-on and proactive approach • Passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation • Comfortable operating within a fast-paced SME environment The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and ambitious business where you'll have real influence over the finance function and play a key role in supporting future growth.
