Finance Manager

Working closely with the Finance Director, you will become a trusted member of the finance leadership team, taking ownership of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while providing commercial insight that supports strategic decision-making across the business. This isn't a role focused purely on producing numbers. We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates, can challenge constructively, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the wider commercial success of the organisation. Key Responsibilities • Lead the production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting • Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes • Build and maintain robust financial models and commercial analysis using Excel • Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities • Support the Finance Director with strategic initiatives and business projects • Partner with departmental managers to provide financial insight and challenge • Develop and mentor junior members of the finance team • Review and strengthen financial controls, systems and processes • Deliver meaningful reporting to support commercial decision-making About You We're looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
