Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Kent (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite) Contract Length: Permanent Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 We are delighted to be currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Rent Accounting and Banking functions within a growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CCAB-Qualified Finance Manager with strong transactional finance leadership experience to: • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team • Drive process improvement and financial controls • Oversee AP, AR, cash management and reconciliations • Manage VAT, reporting, KPIs and audit support • Build strong relationships across the business Finance Manager - Key Requirements: • CCAB qualification • Experience managing transactional finance teams • Strong AP, AR and reconciliation knowledge • Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience • Excellent stakeholder management skills If you're interested, or know someone who might be a good fit, please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
