Finance Manager

You'll manage a portfolio of exciting e-commerce and consumer brands, leading the month-end process, maintaining high financial standards and becoming a trusted contact for your clients. As you develop within the business, the role will evolve beyond financial control into commercial finance, giving you exposure to strategic decision-making and a genuine progression path. Key Responsibilities • Manage the month-end close across a portfolio of clients • Prepare and review monthly management accounts • Produce variance analysis and KPI reporting • Prepare and review VAT returns • Ensure statutory deadlines and compliance requirements are met • Build strong relationships with clients and become their day-to-day finance contact • Review reconciliations, journals and financial reporting completed by the wider team • Improve internal systems and processes using AI tools and automation • Prepare client meeting packs and support strategic finance discussions About You We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and adding commercial value.
