Finance Manager

Company This well-known global hospitality based in central London is looking to hire a Finance Manager due to growth plans. They are the market leader in the industry and the culture is fun, dynamic and inclusive. They are looking for someone that can help adding value to the finance team as well as the wider business. Role The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the monthly and annual group consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the business. The role will also involve conducting financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting, to support key business decisions. In addition, you will provide support on M&A activities across the group, working closely with senior stakeholders on acquisition and integration projects. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be part of a finance team of seven and play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic initiatives. Profile The successful candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. A 'can-do' attitude is required as well as experience within a sizeable business. Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to simplify complex problems and build solution are desired.
