Finance Manager

Covering a period of maternity leave, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a key role within a market-leading business and make an immediate impact. St Austell area. *** 50,000+ DOE, WFH days, well established team*** Your key duties as Finance Manager will include: • Production of weekly and monthly financial reports. • Business partner with stake holders to drive performance and cost efficiencies. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Deliver commercial insights to support decision-making. • Drive financial controls, cost management, and continuous improvement. • Support the Site Leadership Team with strategic financial guidance.
