Finance Manager • Warrington Area | Hybrid Working (2 Days from Home) • £42,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Finance Manager to join a growing organisation based in the Warrington area. Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and effective support across the business. Benefits • Hybrid working (2 days from home) • 31 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service • Study support • Employee discount scheme • Company pension • Career development opportunities within a growing business Key Responsibilities • Lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. • Oversee payroll, purchase ledger, reconciliations, cashflow and month-end processes. • Produce management information and support budgeting and financial planning activities. • Maintain strong financial controls, compliance procedures and audit readiness. • Support and develop finance team members while driving process improvements. Requirements • Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar finance leadership role. • Strong understanding of month-end processes, payroll, reconciliations and financial controls. • Good Excel skills and experience using finance systems. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • AAT Level 4, part-qualified or equivalent experience preferred This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation, please do not hesitate to apply.
