Finance Team Leader Location: Luton (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: up to £35,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Team Leader to join their Finance Department and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with leadership experience who enjoys balancing hands-on financial responsibilities with team supervision. Key Responsibilities • Maintain monthly cashbooks and complete bank reconciliations. • Post journals and maintain the nominal ledger. • Supervise sales and purchase ledger activities. • Support rent collection and reconciliations. • Assist with fixed asset management. • Support finance queries and governance activities. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations. About You • At least two years experience in a busy finance environment. • Experience using accounting and payroll systems. • Strong reconciliation and ledger management skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. • Ability to supervise and support team members. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
