Job description

Warner Adelson is delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing company based in the City of London that is looking to appoint an experienced, highly capable Financial Accountant to join their thriving team. The main purpose of this not to be missed role is to be responsible for all financial accounting, month-end close, and statutory reporting activities for the company's US entity. Operating from the Group's Shared Service Centre, the role ensures the integrity of the entity's financial records in both US GAAP (local statutory) and Swiss GAAP FER (group reporting) frameworks, working closely with the local Managing Director and the broader global finance team. Responsibilities: • General Ledger & Month-End Close • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable • Fixed Assets • Payroll Accounting • Intercompany Accounting • Group Reporting & Consolidation Support • Statutory & External Reporting • Tax Accounting • Compliance & Internal Controls • Analysis & Management Reporting Essential requirements • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent). A US-recognised qualification (e.g. CPA) is advantageous. • Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in financial accounting • Experience managing accounting for one or more legal entities • Strong experience working with US entities and US GAAP reporting • Proficiency in SAP FI/CO or similar, including journal entry posting, asset accounting, and period-end close processes. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power-BI experience.
