The business is open to speaking with both experienced Financial Advisers and Level 4 qualified professionals looking to take the next step in their careers. You'll join a supportive environment where advisers are backed by experienced paraplanners and administrators, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client outcomes. The RoleAs a Financial Adviser, you will: • Build strong relationships with clients. • Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection. • Manage an existing portfolio of clients. • Identify opportunities to grow your client bank. • Conduct annual reviews and ongoing servicing. • Work closely with dedicated paraplanning and administration support. • Deliver compliant, high quality advice. What They're Looking For • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. • Advising experience or a desire to progress into advice. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Client focused mindset. • Full UK driving licence.
