They're keen to speak with experienced Advisers as well as ambitious Level 4 qualified professionals looking to transition into an adviser role. The RoleAs a Financial Adviser, you will: • Meet with clients and build lasting relationships. • Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments and protection. • Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable solutions. • Manage an existing client bank while developing new business opportunities. • Carry out annual reviews. • Work alongside experienced paraplanners and administrators. • Maintain high compliance and regulatory standards. What They're Looking For • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. • Advising experience or a strong desire to move into an adviser position. • Excellent communication skills. • Client focused and commercially aware. • Full UK driving licence.
