Financial Adviser - Norwich Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience) Location: Norwich Working Pattern: Hybrid About the OpportunityRecruit UK is working in partnership with a well established financial planning firm that is continuing to grow its adviser team. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced Financial Advisers and Level 4 qualified professionals looking to take the next step into advising. You'll benefit from an existing client bank, full paraplanning and administration support, ongoing salary reviews and genuine career progression within a supportive business. The RoleAs a Financial Adviser, you will: • Conduct client meetings and build long term relationships. • Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection. • Understand clients' objectives and recommend suitable financial solutions. • Manage and develop an existing client bank while identifying opportunities for new business. • Complete annual reviews and provide an ongoing advice service. • Work closely with paraplanning and administration teams. • Ensure advice meets FCA and company compliance standards. What They're Looking For • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential). • Experienced Financial Adviser or Level 4 qualified professional looking to move into advising. • Excellent communication and relationship building skills. • A client focused approach. • Full UK driving licence.
