Key Responsibilities • Providing tailored financial advice based on clients' individual needs, objectives, and circumstances. • Conducting comprehensive financial reviews and developing suitable recommendations. • Advising clients on a range of financial planning areas, including investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning. • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships. • Growing and managing your own client portfolio. • Developing referral partnerships and professional introducer relationships. • Ensuring all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and compliance requirements. • Generating new business through networking, referrals, and business development activities. • Maintaining accurate client records and delivering excellent client outcomes. What We're Looking For • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent). • Experience providing regulated financial advice. • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. • A client-centric approach with a passion for delivering positive outcomes. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow a successful advisory business. • Self-motivated, professional, and driven to succeed. • Good understanding of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty, and compliance requirements. • Existing client relationships or business development experience would be advantageous.
