Financial Controller£70,000 - £75,000 + Benefits A successful and growing business is seeking a Financial Controller to lead its finance function and support senior leadership with high-quality financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight. Key Responsibilities • Lead monthly management accounts, reporting and KPI analysis • Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning • Oversee audit, statutory compliance and financial controls • Develop and lead a finance team • Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to support decision-making • Drive process improvement and reporting enhancements About You • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified • Strong technical accounting and reporting skills • Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial control • Confident leading and developing finance teams • Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach • Suitable for an experienced Financial Controller or a strong practice-trained accountant seeking their first move into industry Package • £70,000 - £75,000 salary • Pension and life assurance • Future bonus potential • Free parking • Long-term career development opportunities A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation offering broad commercial exposure, significant responsibility and the chance to make a genuine impact.
