Financial Controller

Your new company An innovative, fast-growing technology business is looking to appoint a Fractional Financial Controller to join its senior leadership team and support the next phase of growth. As this business is in its early stage, this role could be completed in a part-time capacity. Your new role Key responsibilities include: • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting activities • Prepare monthly board and management reporting packs • Develop and maintain financial models and project costing frameworks • Monitor project performance and analyse actual versus forecast costs • Manage cash flow, working capital and financial controls • Support commercial decision-making through financial analysis • Oversee relationships with external accountants and service providers • Ensure compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and operational efficiency What you'll need to succeed • ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant • Previous Financial Controller / Manager leadership experience • Strong financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting expertise • Experience operating within a growing VC / PE backed technology business • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Commercially aware with a hands-on approach • Comfortable working autonomously within a fast-paced business What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
