What you'll do • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners • Process new business applications, fund switches, withdrawals and servicing requests • Prepare documentation and information for client meetings and reviews • Liaise with providers to obtain valuations, policy information and updates • Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is compliant and up to date • Manage workflow through internal systems, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently • Respond to client and provider enquiries in a professional and timely manner • Support the delivery of a high-quality client experience throughout the advice process What you'll need • Experience working in a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or IFA administration role • Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products Benefits • Salary up to £32,000 • 9 day fortnight • Study support towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning • Ongoing professional development If you're interested, please click Apply now or reach out to Ross Altan at Reed.
