We're looking for a proactive and organised IFA Administrator to become a key member of our client support team, providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) or Wealth Management environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced office and wants to continue developing their career.

The RoleWorking closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing client records using Intelligent Office (IO) and back-office systems
• Confirming client meetings and preparing electronic client files
• Requesting policy information and managing Letters of Authority through to completion
• Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
• Producing provider illustrations, application packs and client presentation documents
• Processing new business applications from submission through to completion
• Monitoring new business pipelines and chasing providers where required
• Supporting protection underwriting cases
• Preparing annual review documentation and post-review correspondence
• Supporting group pension and employee benefit schemes, including renewals and new scheme setup
• Managing incoming correspondence, post and office administration
• Responding to adviser and client requests promptly and accurately
About YouWe're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
Essential
• Minimum 3 years' experience within Financial Services
• Previous experience as a Financial Services Administrator, IFA Administrator, Wealth Management Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong administration and client service skills
• Confident liaising with providers, advisers and clients
Desirable
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
• Senior Financial Services Administration or Paraplanning experience
• Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) or similar back-office systems
