Financial Services Administrator / IFA AdministratorLocation: Sheffield (Office-Based) Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 DOE Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Financial Services Administrator | IFA Administrator | Wealth Management | Financial PlanningAre you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to join a professional, supportive and growing financial planning firm? We're looking for a proactive and organised IFA Administrator to become a key member of our client support team, providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers and helping deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) or Wealth Management environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced office and wants to continue developing their career. Key Responsibilities • Managing client records using Intelligent Office (IO) and back-office systems • Confirming client meetings and preparing electronic client files • Requesting policy information and managing Letters of Authority through to completion • Liaising with clients, providers and third parties • Producing provider illustrations, application packs and client presentation documents • Processing new business applications from submission through to completion • Monitoring new business pipelines and chasing providers where required • Supporting protection underwriting cases • Preparing annual review documentation and post-review correspondence • Supporting group pension and employee benefit schemes, including renewals and new scheme setup • Managing incoming correspondence, post and office administration • Responding to adviser and client requests promptly and accurately About YouWe're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
