Fine Art Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Fine Art Coordinator for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Bagshot, Surrey area. • Coordinating high value artworks and antiques to various Worldwide destinations • Coordinating all international art movements • Completing all MAWB's and HAWB's • Completing customs entyries • Completing all shipping documentions • Invoicing • Liaising with galleries and clients • Manage risks, • Dealing with insurance for all shipmnents • Ensure correct packing and handling for all shipments • Dealing with transporters Required Experience:- • Minimum 2 years Freight experience • Experience handling fragile goods • Knowledge of Exports • Customs experience • Valid driving license As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
