Fire Door/Maintenance Inspector • London & Surrounding Areas | £32,000-£35,000 + benefits & bonus • Based in Borehamwood 2 days p/w • Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm Looking for a role that's more than just another maintenance job? We're recruiting on behalf of a growing residential property management business looking to expand its maintenance/fire door team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a maintenance, facilities, technical or health and safety background who enjoys working independently, has a keen eye for detail and wants to build a long-term career. The Role You'll be responsible for carrying out fire door inspections across a portfolio of residential developments throughout London, ensuring buildings remain compliant with current fire safety legislation. This is a varied role combining site visits, inspections, digital reporting and regular interaction with Building Managers, contractors and residents. The company operates a smart working approach - inspections are completed on site, whilst reports are written either from home or the office rather than onsite.
