Job Advert: Fire & Security Administration Assistant Location: Upminster Essex Job Type: Full-time - Hours can be negotiable Salary: £30,000.00 PA About the Role Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Fire & Security Administration Assistant to join their growing team. This is a varied administrative role supporting the day-to-day operations of our fire and security business, ensuring engineers, customers, and office processes run efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer • enquiries professionally. • Schedule engineer appointments and manage daily work • diaries. • Prepare quotations, invoices, and other customer • documentation. • Maintain accurate customer records and job files. • Process service reports and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly. • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and engineers regarding • appointments and ongoing work. • Order equipment and manage stock administration where • required. • Assist with compliance documentation and certification. • General office administration duties.
