Fleet Underwriter

I'm partnering with a leading UK specialist motor insurer on the appointment of an experienced Fleet Underwriter. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing underwriting team, managing a portfolio of medium to complex Fleet risks while developing broker relationships and influencing underwriting strategy. The Role: * Underwrite new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments across a specialist Fleet portfolio * Make sound commercial decisions within delegated authority * Build and maintain strong broker relationships * Analyse portfolio performance and identify profitability opportunities * Support underwriting strategy and product development * Act as a technical referral point and support junior colleagues About You: * Previous UK Fleet underwriting experience * Strong technical risk assessment and pricing skills * Commercially minded with excellent broker relationship experience * Confident decision-maker with a collaborative approach A fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing specialist insurer with strong career development prospects.
