This role is ideal for an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or Senior Valuer looking to take the next step with a business that genuinely invests in its people, offers excellent earning potential, and provides a structured career path. The Role As a Floating Branch Manager, you'll provide leadership and support across multiple branches, covering holidays, vacancies and sickness while ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business performance.
