FLT Counterbalance Driver Location: Portsmouth Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Salary: Dependant on experience Job Type: Ongoing temporary role with the potential to go permanent Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client's team in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy warehouse environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently • Loading and unloading deliveries • Moving stock within the warehouse and yard areas • Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes • Carrying out basic stock checks and reporting discrepancies • Ensuring all health and safety procedures are always followed • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment Requirements • Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential) • Previous experience operating a forklift • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team • Awareness of health and safety practices Desirable • Previous experience in a similar role • Flexible and proactive attitude How to Apply: Ready to join the team?
