FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative Location: Wellingborough Shift Options: • PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (£14.44 per hour) • Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (£15.13 per hour) We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a leading window manufacturing company based in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work in a busy warehouse and manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently • Loading and unloading vehicles • Moving stock and finished products around the warehouse and production areas • Packing window products and components ready for dispatch • Assisting with general warehouse duties • Manual handling of products and materials • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment • Supporting production and dispatch teams as required Requirements: • Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential) • Previous FLT Counterbalance experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment • Good attention to detail • Willingness to undertake warehouse and manual handling duties alongside FLT work • Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer: • Competitive hourly rates • Ongoing, full-time work • Immediate starts available • Opportunity to work with a well-established manufacturing business • Supportive team environment If you hold a valid Counterbalance licence and are looking for a new opportunity in Wellingborough, we'd love to hear from you.
