FLT Driver - Days Only!!

Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a FLT Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with an FLT Licence who enjoys working in a hands-on environment as part of a supportive team. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are processed accurately, stock is controlled effectively, and operations run safely and efficiently. Salary & Benefits: • Salary £30,000 (£16.48 p/h) • Bonus scheme • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (35 hours per week) • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional Christmas shutdown • Company pension scheme • Private healthcare • Free on-site parking • Free daily sandwich or soup • Complimentary tea and coffee • Cycle to Work scheme • Health & wellbeing programme • Company events • Free flu jabs • Overtime paid at premium rate • Sick pay Key Responsibilities: • Process customer orders accurately, safely and on time, ensuring all procedures are followed. • Safely load and unload vehicles using a counterbalance forklift truck. • Maintain accurate stock records in line with legal and quality standards. • Control packaged finished goods stock efficiently and accurately. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high housekeeping standards using 5S principles. • Work in line with company policies, procedures and health & safety legislation. • Assist with wider site duties as required to support the operational team. About You: • To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous manufacturing warehouse experience (essential). • A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential). • Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. • A proactive, flexible approach with a positive attitude.
