This is a well-established operation that packs and prepares products for the automotive industry, and they're looking for someone reliable who's comfortable working both on and off the truck. This isn't a role where you'll be sat on the FLT all day - it's a genuine mix of warehouse work and Reach driving, so it suits someone who likes variety and being hands-on. What the job involves • 20% FLT Reach - loading, unloading, pallet movements, put-away, stock relocation • 80% Warehouse Work - picking, packing, wrapping, labelling, stock checks, general support • Working as part of a small, friendly team • Following site processes and maintaining a safe working environment • Supporting production and dispatch when required • Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised What we're looking for • In-date FLT Reach licence (essential) • Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment • Someone who's happy to get stuck in and not just sit on the truck • Good communication skills and a positive attitude • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently when needed • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily targets About the client • Automotive product packing and distribution • Clean, organised warehouse with a supportive team • Long-term opportunity for the right person • Monday to Friday only - no weekends • Stable hours and consistent workload
