FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver - Irlam £14.00 per hour for the first 12 weeks, rising to £15.00 per hour Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week) My client, a well-established distribution company based in Irlam, is seeking a high-calibre FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver to join their warehouse team. This is a long-term opportunity with a pay increase after 12 weeks. Role Overview • 10-20% FLT work (Reach & Counterbalance) • 80-90% warehouse duties including order picking, packing, loading and unloading • Heavy lifting involved • Meet & greet assessment on Day 1 • 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day Key Responsibilities • FLT operation - safe and efficient use of Reach & Counterbalance trucks • Order picking and packing • General warehouse duties including goods in/out • Manual handling and heavy lifting • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements • Valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance licences • Previous warehouse experience • Ability to lift heavy items safely • Reliable, hardworking, and able to meet performance expectations Additional Information • Only suitable applicants will be contacted • Pay increases from £14.00 to £15.00 per hour after 12 weeks • Full-time, ongoing work with a reputable distribution company
