Other responsibilities will include: • Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining. • Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures. • Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day. • Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options. • Being aware of residents dietary requirements.
