Food & Beverage Supervisor

We’re recruiting for an exciting Food & Beverage Supervisor (Live-In) opportunity at a well-established, high-profile hospitality & leisure venue in Scotland This is a permanent, live-in position – ideal for a strong hospitality professional looking to step up in a busy, multi-outlet operation. You’ll work closely with senior management to support day-to-day F&B operations across restaurant and bar environments, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth service delivery. Key responsibilities: • Supervising restaurant & bar operations • Leading, motivating & developing Front of House teams • Supporting training, coaching & performance standards • Assisting with stock control, ordering & stock rotation • Handling guest feedback & resolving issues professionally • Supporting cash handling, briefings & end-of-day procedures • Maintaining excellent standards of service, presentation & cleanliness Package includes: • up to £28,000 basic salary • Approx. £4,000 annual tronc (c. £32,000 OTE) • Live-in accommodation available • Staff discounts across F&B & retail outlets • Free/discounted leisure benefits (subject to eligibility) • Pension scheme with employer contribution • Life assurance • 31 days annual leave (rising with service) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, high-quality operation with exciting future expansion plans, offering genuine progression and leadership development.
