What You’ll Be Doing: • Mastering the Machinery: Setting up and operating specialized food production machinery safely and efficiently. • Crafting Quality: Carefully monitoring production lines and automated machinery to ensure every batch is perfect. • Quality Control: Monitoring products and performing regular checks to maintain high safety standards. • The Finishing Touch: Managing the line flow to ensure products are processed and ready for packaging. • Maintaining Excellence: Ensuring a clean, safe, and productive machinery workspace adhering to food safety codes. What We’re Looking For: • Experience: Previous food production and machine operating experience is essential for this role. • Reliability: You’re someone who shows up, takes ownership of your line, and gets the job done. • Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and managing machinery operational tasks. • Flexibility: Happy to work rotating shifts (and occasional weekends/bank holidays if the business needs it!).
