This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Food Production Operatives, Food Manufacturing Operatives, Production Operatives, Factory Operatives, Packing Operatives, Food Factory Workers and Warehouse Operatives looking to join a friendly and supportive manufacturing team. Whether you already have experience in food production, food manufacturing, factory work or warehouse operations, or you're looking to start a career within the food manufacturing industry, full training will be provided. This role offers ongoing work with genuine opportunities to secure a permanent position. Key Duties • Handle meat products throughout the food production process. • Pack finished food products ready for dispatch. • Pick, prepare and fulfil customer orders accurately. • Complete production paperwork and production records. • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, food safety and product quality. • Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines. • Follow all Health & Safety, food hygiene and manufacturing procedures. • Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with hygiene standards. • Work collaboratively as part of a busy food production and manufacturing team. Requirements • Previous experience as a Food Production Operative, Production Operative, Food Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Packing Operative, Warehouse Operative or in a similar manufacturing role would be beneficial but is not essential. • Comfortable handling meat products throughout the production process. • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Reliable with excellent timekeeping. • Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment. • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good understanding of food hygiene and Health & Safety procedures is advantageous.
