Food Production Operative

Taskmaster Resources LTD currently have opportunities for production operatives for well-established company within the food production industry. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Working on a fast-paced food production line, ensuring products are prepared and packed to company standards • Collecting and preparing client orders accurately and efficiently • Reading and interpreting order sheets, labels, and barcodes to ensure correct products are picked and dispatched • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety and food hygiene regulations • Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications • Labelling, packing, and palletising goods ready for distribution • Following company processes and reporting any issues to supervisors Requirements: • Fluent in English to understand order sheets, barcodes, and instructions • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when collecting and processing orders • Good level of physical fitness as the role may involve standing for long periods and some manual handling • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude to team working • Previous experience in food production, warehousing, or order picking is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided Please note: this role is carried out in a chilled/cold environment, so applicants must be comfortable working in such conditions.
