Job Title: Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative Location: High Wycombe Contract Details: Temp To Perm Salary: £14.43 per hour Benefits & Perks: • Opportunity for permanent employment • Full-time working pattern • 5.45am - 2pm and 1:45PM to 10PM (weekly rotating shift pattern) • This role is Monday to Friday Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): • COSHH training • Experience in food handling, hygiene, and HACCP • Familiarity with safety practises in a food factory environment • Possession of pivot OR counterbalance licences essential Responsibilities: • Adhere to health and safety procedures • Operate counter balance and pivot fork lift trucks for goods movements • Communicate effectively with team members • Ensure correct despatch and booking in of finished products and raw materials respectively • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse and surrounding areas • Uphold site standards, quality procedures, and operational processes • Drive continuous improvement in site standards • Perform any assigned duties contributing to the success of projects, individuals, and the company Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): • Proficient in written and spoken English • Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated • Ability to lift and move weights up to 25kgs and stand for the entire shift • Excellent communication skills • Flexible team player • Strong time management and organisational abilities • Attention to detail and accuracy • Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges • Self-driven and capable of working independently or as part of a team Technologies: N/A Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
