Forklift Instructor

Milne Safety is a Health & Safety consultancy and training company based in Wymondham. We work with clients across the UK and are looking for a forklift trainer to deliver these at our Training Centre in Wymondham and our client’s sites. What we are looking for • AITT Preferred but not essential if not ITSSAR, or RTITB instructor certification (required) • Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience • Ability to captivate and engage participants with compelling and interactive training sessions • At least 1 years of proven experience in training delivery • Experience using a variety of training techniques and methodologies • A self-starter who is motivated, independent, and possesses a strong work ethic • Ability to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards • Deliver engaging and comprehensive forklift training programs at our Wymondham Training Centre as well as at our clients sites • Conduct in-person training sessions, ensuring participants are fully involved • Provide training in compliance with accredited standards • Maintain a professional demeanour and establish rapport with customers during on-site visits Next step?
